Pattern Making
Allcast boasts a fully equipped in-house Pattern Making facility to ensure precise and efficient mould production.
We currently utilize the following methods to create high-quality castings and moulds:
- Continuous Mixer: Resin Bonded Sand
- Die Casting: Aluminium
Heat Treatment
Allcast Foundry offers a fully equipped in-house Heat Treatment facility, featuring an integrated chartless Chart Recorder for precision and reliability.
Our facility includes a spacious load area measuring 2500 × 1600 × 1000mm, with a maximum load capacity of 2100Kg, enabling us to deliver comprehensive heat treatment services tailored to your specific requirements.
Melting Units
Our melting units are engineered to meet a wide range of casting requirements with precision and efficiency. The available units include:
250Kw Induction Furnace:
- Capacity: 650Kg
300Kw Induction Furnaces (3 Units):
- Capacity: 500Kg
- Capacity: 300Kg
- Capacity: 300Kg (Non-Ferrous)
500Kw Induction Furnaces (1 Unit):
- Capacity: 1000Kg
Setting the Standard
We ensure top-tier quality control by thoroughly inspecting all materials before pouring. Our state-of-the-art Spectrometer, “Spectro MaXx”, in operation since January 2007, guarantees precision and reliability in every casting.
